This notice covers cleared4.work, the Cleared4 product website. The privacy notice for people being tested is shown on the kiosk before every session and is available from your employer.
Who we are
NIVHA Laboratory Services Ltd, Belfast, is the controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at andy@nivha.net.
What we collect
When you book a demo we ask for your name, company and work email, and optionally your phone number, job title, sites, preferred time and a message. Our server also records the time, the page the form was on and the internet address it was sent from, which we use to protect the form from misuse.
Why, and on what basis
We use these details to reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for, which is in our legitimate interest as a business responding to an enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else, other than the email provider we use to deliver our own messages.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept in our operations system for up to twelve months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case they form part of your customer record.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing andy@nivha.net. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
