Raise the request on your kiosk
Your site manager signs in to the paired iPad with a PIN and raises a request for the person to be tested: random, for cause, post-incident or pre-employment.
A NIVHA collector joins over video
The collector claims the request, tells you how long they need and then runs the whole collection live. Nobody travels, and nothing is left for you to work out on your own.
Result and record the same day
The drug screen and breath test are read on camera. You receive the screening result straight away and the full record, including the recording, in your Cleared4 account.
Supervised, step by step, on camera
Cleared4 is not a self-test. The NIVHA collector controls every step from their console and pushes each screen to the kiosk in turn: identity check, consent, the oral fluid drug screen, the breath test, declarations and signatures. Your colleague on site only ever does what the collector asks them to do next.

A trained collector who runs the session over video, checks identity, reads the tests and completes the record.
Remote Collection Assistant
A colleague at your site, briefed by NIVHA, who handles the sealed kit and the breath tester exactly as the collector directs.
Person being tested
Follows the steps on the kiosk, gives consent, provides the samples and signs. They can also join from their own phone.
Company admin
Raises requests and sees results and records in your Cleared4 account. Results stay in the account rather than in email.
A record you can rely on later
Each session produces a single record in your account: the screening results, the collector's notes, the consent and declarations, the ID and sample photographs, every signature with a tamper-evident fingerprint, the video recording and a time-stamped audit trail of who did what.
A non-negative screen is never the end of the story. The collector explains the next steps on the call and NIVHA arranges confirmation at an accredited laboratory under chain of custody.
